Much is the way with any band’s debut album; it is set to mainly consist of their already released singles with a handful of new additions to spice it up a bit. ‘Pure Evil’ and ‘Pleasure City’ are two of our favourites both having had a stint as our #SOTW at some point this year. The Glaswegian lads formed back in 2012, having been friends for years and used the band as a way to express their hungry creative sides. With a message we’re sure a lot of people in Britain can relate to in one way or another, frontman Jonny Madden states “We had no jobs, we were living for nothing. We were going out all the time, seeing the same faces, doing the same things. When we sing, "I’m tired of my generation", we mean that we’re part of this generation, and we were bored by ourselves”. You can pre-order their debut album now (tracklist below), waste no more time go and do so and get down to one of their tour dates in September.
