KASABIAN TO HEADLINE READING & LEEDS 2017

Reading & Leeds Festival 2017 is shaping up to be an absolute blinder this year. Muse, Architects, At The Drive-In and Glass Animals were all announced towards the end of last year leaving festival addicts everywhere eagerly awaiting the next batch of announcements. Today the prestigious, dual location, festival proclaimed KASABIAN as their second headliners along with an array of bands including Two Door Cinema Club, Circa Waves, Rat Boy and Jimmy Eat World. The lineup is still a very bare picture at this stage but fear not, the announcements are sure to start coming in thick and fast over the next few months. Kasabian have a new album on the horizon, no formal release date has been announced yet but its been confirmed for 2017. We imagine it will hit the shelves sometime before the summer festival season begins so they can show off their glitzy new songs on the big stage. They may, however, choose to hold off on the full record release until after the summer season to tie it hand in hand with a UK headline tour announcement? Who knows! Either way we’re getting some new Kasabian material this year and in our books that’s a huge win!
